About Me



Vanessa’s passion for art stems from an early age of 7 years old. Throughout her school years, she regularly won the art awards at her school, held each year. Later she attended classes at Saxonworld, Johannesburg and obtained
a Diploma (3 years) with Paris School of Art.

She is a prolific artist and very versatile in the medium she uses as well as in the selection of subject matter. Vanessa’s favourite medium is Indian Ink which is not widely practiced in SA. This technique affords her the ability to paint & produce very fine works of art. Oils offer her more freedom of expression while Pastels affords a balance of precision and colour.

Her work has travelled beyond the South African borders to adorn the walls in homes and offices in countries such as Mozambique, Swaziland, Australia, Netherlands, Norway, United Kingdom and United States of America.
